Hmm. Writing about myself in the third person seems weird, so I’ll do this bit via question and answer. Kind of like I’m interviewing myself. (Already showcasing my great presenting skills, amiright?)

Who are you?

I’m Bex, a presenter on Fun Kids! It’s a national radio station for children- you can find it on your DAB radio. In fact, go and find it now, and I’ll wait here for you.

I spend most of my time scoffing chocolate, listening to Belle & Sebastian, and…wait, this is beginning to sound like a dating profile, isn’t it? Okay, what you really need to know is this- I’ve done loads of radio (student, hospital, community, commercial) and I love it. Especially when I get to do silly things, like pretend to be in One Direction, or go on adventures with Steve Backshall.

 

When are you on air?

I present the weekday ‘drivetime’ slot, from 4-7pm. Plus, I’m on every weekend with The Bin Weevils Show, which won an Arqiva Award in 2015 for Innovation in Radio.

 

That’s all very well and good, but what about video stuff? Are you on Youtube, like everyone else ever?

Well, I’m glad you asked. I didn’t want to miss the ol’ Youtube bandwagon, so I’ve climbed aboard and have my own channel here.
